1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- No certificate of completion has been issued for the course
- The refund request is for the original purchase price only

Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, and reason for the refund request.
Processing
We'll review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses with completed certificates
- Downloadable resources or course materials
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Bundled courses if any course in the bundle has been completed
- Gift purchases after they've been redeemed
5. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based courses, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Free Trials: Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to Account Settings > Subscriptions, and follow the cancellation instructions.
